Artificial Intelligence Technologies J.K. Oy has developed the Commercial app called as Westend Health. App is intended for use as is.
This Privacy Policy provides information how the company collects, use and disclosure of Personal Information from Westend Health app. If you choose to use our App, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. Information that is collected is used to improve Westend Health app and our services for you. Other information that is described in this policy is not collected.
This Terms and Conditions are same as they are in Westend Health website www.artificialintelligence.fi and they are same unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.
Information Collection and Use
Armband Measurement Data
Westend Health app can be used together with a compatible armband. When the armband is connected to the phone, measurement data collected by the armband (such as activity or wellness-related measurements) is stored locally on the user’s phone.
The measurement data is not transmitted from the phone for analysis, is not processed on external servers, and is not shared with or disclosed to any third parties. All measurements remain under the user’s control on their own device unless the user explicitly chooses to export or share the data.
The measurement data is used solely to display information to the user within the app and to support the app’s core functionality. The company does not use this data for profiling, marketing, advertising, or automated decision-making.
Use of External Hardware and Data Handling
This app measures heart rate using an **external Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) compatible device**.
The app is compatible with **Fitcare-manufactured BLE heart rate sensors** or other compatible BLE devices.
Communication is based on the **Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) protocol**.
The app **does not use Apple HealthKit**, and heart rate data is **never synchronized with HealthKit**.
All heart rate data is transferred **only to this app (Westend Health)**.
The data is **not shared with HealthKit, other apps, or any third parties**.
All measurements are performed locally under the user’s control.
Log Data
Company may collect data and information from your Android app to improve its technical quality. That data is called Log Data. Data may contain such kind of information for example like device operating system version, Android app configuration or IP address of Anroid app.
Security
We provide high quality applications and they don’t collect personal information. However, as we may collect Android app information for technical purposes, it is good to remember that any network or storage is not 100 % secure and reliable.

Children’s Privacy
We don’t use any earlier mentioned information from users under the age of 13 except technical data that is collected from Android app to improve its quality. However, if we discover that we this type of data we delete it from our servers.
